Just like any other piece of intricate equipment, a watch should be serviced from time to time. Most manufacturers recommend that you have your timepiece serviced every three to five years. Please see below for a full list of steps we take to clean and inspect your watch. Regular maintenance will ensure that your watch continues to function correctly and can help you to avoid costly repairs down the road.

DIAGNOSTIC
The funtions, electronic circuits and appearance of your AZAD are inspected. The information is enterd into a document which will accompany your watch throughout its service.
CASE & BRACELET
The bracelet and case are dismatled and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath. The movement is carefully stored under a protective dome during these operations.
WATER RESISTANCE
Components such as the glass, water resistance gaskets, crown and pushers are resplaced to ensure your AZAD is perfectly water resistant.
MOVEMENT
The newly cleaned case can once again house the movement. Your AZAD is fitted with a new battery or accumulator. For mechanical watches, the rate is manually adjusted.
WATER INSPECTION
Your AZAD is placed in a pressurized device for a series of tests. Test confirmation that your watch is water resistant.
QUALITY CONTROL
24 hours after service, a final inspection is conducted. We check that your AZAD is functioning perfectly.
SERVICE WARRANTY
our AZAD benefits from a two-year warranty for the service completed.
